We specialize in Marriage & Family Therapy but not just that. I will use my practice to help our first responders and the trauma they deal with on a daily basis, I have over 8 years experience dealing with Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, PTSD, Children with ADHD.

Telehealth services are offered especially in light of society’s current situation in dealing with COVID 19 and Social Distancing. This also allows for clients who may be out of the local area. Contact me for more info.

Couples and Marriage Counseling

With my background in Marriage and Family therapy, I have learned that most relationship issues stem from an overall lack of effective communication skills.

First Responders Therapy

Our First Responders (Fire Fighters, Law Enforcement Personnel, Doctors, and Nurses) have always played an integral role in our society and recent events have done more to shed light on their significance.

Men’s Issues

Men are an underserved population in regards to therapy. Societal pressure to “fight through it” to be“strong and silent” and my personal favorite, “get over it”.

Children

I have had the pleasure of working with hundreds of children mostly in a school setting helping then with issues that vary from ADHD to Depression and Anxiety.

Family Therapy

Working from a Systems Perspective, I will work together with your family to create a positive balance where communication is key and the focus of therapy.
